Three Pastry Chefs in Training |
The Jellyfish were astounding, as you can see.
The Ladies were treated to a PLATE decorating class given by the extraordinary Chief Pastry Chef of the Pebble Beach Corporation. He has prepared for the academy awards, and received numerous awards. WE DESERVED NO AWARDS. It was hard to do, but we got to eat our paintings.
A good time was had by all our friends....it was great to laugh so much.

LOVE those dessert plates!
Yes Foodie, we did some lovely designs...we surprised ourselves! I took a bite out of four of the desserts; yum, yum.
Sounds like an idyllic time. I'm wondering, what was in those barrels behind you? cider is brewed like that here in SOmerset
I too was wondering what was in them?
And also....
... how much remained in them, after your party had left? :D
Well Bernard, that's very astute of you. We tasted at least 5 different wines at that winery. Then we went to lunch with wine. After that, we attended 3 charming tasting rooms elsewhere. I am not a big drinker, so a little taste here and there can be VERY RELAXING. So Kath, now you know what was in those barrels. We were in a giant room where they age the wine in oak barrels. A good time was had by all.
