I am doing very well. Got up and walked with a walker and physical therapist for a little ways. Tomorrow will be more challenging. But if we keep the pain down,as it is now, I will do OK. Here is hoping I can sleep tonight...by the way, I have very good nursing so far.

Yes they get you moving very quickly don't they? The physio camt to put me through my excersises within hours of my shoulder op.

Thanks Bernard and Kath. I did so well that I only had to spend one night in the hospital. I am very glad to be home. The hard rehab work now begins.
